Different from ordinary painted steel products with poor adhesion and weak anti-aging performance, our color coated steel coils use high-quality hot-dip galvanized, galvalume base plates, matched with high-grade polyester (PE), silicon modified polyester (SMP), high-durability polyester (HDP) and fluorocarbon (PVDF) coating systems. Strict multi-pass surface pretreatment + roller coating + high-temperature curing processes are adopted to form a dense and uniform protective coating. Our senior quality control team with years of industry experience conducts full-process tracking and inspection for each batch of products, ensuring coating thickness deviation ≤±2μm, color difference ΔE ≤2.0, and coating adhesion reaching 0-level standard. All products comply with GB, ASTM, EN and JIS standards, and can provide complete mill test certificates (MTC EN 10204 3.1) and third-party SGS inspection reports.

Note: Coating system, base plate and thickness should be selected together — a color coated steel coil intended for coastal or high-UV environments generally needs a different coating system than one used for indoor appliance housings.

1. Accelerated Weathering Aging Test (Third-party SGS Test)

Test Standard: ASTM G154, ISO 11507 (UV Accelerated Aging Test)

Test Conditions: UV irradiation + humidity cycle, continuous test for 3000 hours

3. Coating Mechanical Property Test

Tested in accordance with national and international standards, core performance indicators are as follows:

· Coating adhesion: 0 grade (no peeling after grid cutting)

· Impact resistance: 90kg·cm, no coating cracking

· T-bending performance: T=2, no coating cracking

· Hardness: ≥2H (pencil hardness)
